Founder and CEO
Adam is a seasoned healthcare operations leader and consultant with more than two decades of experience driving operational excellence, transformation, and improved patient and provider experiences across diverse clinical settings.
Prior to founding his own firm, Adam held senior leadership and consulting roles across the healthcare landscape, including as Senior Principal at Slalom, Senior Director of Health Transformation at Blue Shield of California, and leadership positions at UCSF Health, Stanford Health Care, and Penn Medicine’s University of Pennsylvania Health System. His career reflects a consistent focus on operational strategy, program development, and broad-scale improvement initiatives that help organizations deliver better care more efficiently.
Adam holds dual master’s degrees in Health Administration and Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, sustainable solutions tailored to the realities of clinical practice.
Managing Director, Clinical Operations
Dagan is an experienced healthcare operations leader with a strong clinical foundation and a track record of driving operational excellence and innovation.
With a background that spans clinical practice, product management, and strategic healthcare programs, Dagan brings a unique blend of clinical insight and operational expertise to her work. Prior to her current role, she held multiple leadership positions at Crossover Health, where she contributed to the development and implementation of health technology solutions designed to elevate care delivery and engagement.
Dagan’s earlier experience includes supporting corporate healthcare programs and partnerships at Stanford Health Care, and running Google's Wellness Centers as a member of the Global Benefits Team.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University, equipping her with a strong foundation in both clinical care and human behavior.
Director, Care Delivery Operations
Kate is a healthcare operations and care navigation professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting clinical delivery, patient access, and healthcare program implementation. Her career spans frontline patient services, large-scale clinic launches, clinical technology deployment, and strategic operations leadership.
Kate previously spent over 12 years at Crossover Health, most recently in Clinical Operations on the Programs and Technology team. She played a key role in navigating operational changes during the pandemic, spearheaded the implementation of a new digital member platform, and supported the launch of additional services such as Occupational Health and a Member Support Call Center. She contributed to the launch of more than 15 onsite and near-site clinics for major employer clients, managing clinical systems configuration, team training, and end-to-end opening logistics.
She began her career in frontline healthcare roles at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University.
